If ringing to book a work cert or any other query - ring between
11am to 12.30pm and 2.30pm - 4.30pm
Booking Appointment - When you call the Practice to make an appointment, the receptionist will ask for a brief outline of your issue to help arrange a suitable time slot.
Cancel an Appointment - If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason, please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else, Patients who fail to attend three appointments in a 12 month period may be removed from the practice list.
Late for your Appointment - Please attend your appointment on time, If you are late, you may not be seen. If you are not seen you will be able to arrange your appointment for the next available appointment.
Interpreter - If you require an interpreter to attend with you when you see your doctor or nurse, please notify the receptionist and they will arrange this for you .
Blood Clinic - We now take pre payment for all blood clinic appointments at reception
An out of hours service is available from NEDOC on 1800 777 911 after 6pm
Monday to Friday - 24hr at Weekends

Application forms can be collected at reception - we run a waiting list at present
You will be contacted, If, and when, we can accept you on to the surgery list.
We do not take prescription requests over the phone

Request your repeat prescription online
Payment - Secure link
We have a new secure online payment system that we will be using from now on. Once you request your repeat prescription a secure link will be sent to your phone if a fee is required. This link will contain your invoice for your script. When you click on the link you will be directed to an invoice page where you can make the payment. Once the payment has been processed our admin team will be notified and your script will be authorized by your GP.
Please Note - Your prescription will not be issued to your chemist until payment has been received
To prevent delays in this process - please use secure link once received
Private Prescription - €25.00
Please allow 5 working days for your prescription request to be completed. Your prescription will be sent directly to your pharmacy of choice. You can can contact your pharmacy after 5 working days to collect your prescription. Please do not leave a paper copy of your repeat prescription request in the box at the surgery if you have already requested your prescription online. to request your repeat prescription please click below.
